The work presents a study about the teacher's pedagogic practice and its
relationship with the Pedagogic Political Project (P.P.P.) of the Municipal School of
Patrician Fundamental " Teaching Dias Ferreira ". Leaving of a referencial with
theoretical interacionistas, it tried to identify in the teachers' practices the
relationship with the general objective and philosophy that it consists in P.P.P. of
the school. Referred them teachers were interviewed and observed in class room.
This research provided a series of elements for reflection, where we can verify a
distance among the speeches and the practices developed in class room. Having
the need of a larger comprometimento of the educator in being constantly
accomplishing additional studies for a better qualification.
The Administration Democratic oportuniza the collective participation of all
the segments of the school community, being necessary an understanding of all
the elements to build this space, assuming the autonomy of the schools and transforming doing pedagogic.
