The environment is no longer able to recover, in the same way years ago due to the degrading action of increasing man. To do so, created the Brazilian Forest Code in order to curb human impressive momentum. However, in its latest version, it was expected that the rules are even more restrictive, since the unbalanced use of nature has caused environmental problems. But to what can be seen is that gaps appeared, especially the laws on Permanent Preservation Areas and Legal Reserves, and these are the guarantees of nature reserves that the law brings. Moreover, search the preservation and restoration of natural resources so that future generations will have access to these, also the society of the present and this can be possible through environmental education.
