This study aimed to evaluate the determinants of student satisfaction of the Specialization Course in Public Administration and Management, Federal University of Santa Maria. To this end, we used the constructs INVOLVEMENT OF TEACHER INTEREST STUDENT, TEACHER-STUDENT INTERACTION, DEMANDS OF COURSE, ORGANIZATION OF COURSE, presented in the model of Paswan and Young (2002). In this model the constructs were added SATISFACTION, and encourages. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 58 questions, 61 students applied to the two editions of Specialization in Public Administration and Management. From the survey results showed that the mean and median of most issues were above 4, indicating that the respondents agreed with the statements in the proposed constructs. You can see the frequency distribution that, on average, 82.21% of respondents answered 4 or 5 on a Likert scale of 5 points, ranging from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree". About 86.40% believe that knowledge gained from the completion of the course contributed to a better execution of their activities in the workplace. There was a great incentive of immediate supervisors for the servers to participate in the course. It can be seen that the course evaluation was positive in all aspects and there was a high degree of satisfaction by students.
