Verificação de implantação de um sistema de protocolo eletrônico de documentos

Abstract

The sector protocol plays a role of great value document management in public bodies, it acts in the current phase of the file, performing the function of receiving, recording, classification, distribution and shipping documents. This study is necessary to give further support to the town hall of Tucunduva in preparing an analysis and verification of a system capable of managing the files filed with the Secretary of the Treasury - Sector of Masthead, Protocol and Control. The work was developed with the objective to analyze the current situation of the Protocol Sector of the town hall of Tucunduva; study the Protocol System of Electronic Documents (SPED) Brazilian Army and Aeronautics for possible installation in the Sector of Protocol and Control of the town hall and check the requirements and adjustments of the Protocol Sector for possible implementation of the Protocol System of Electronic Documents. The development of the study made use of direct observation and interviews involving three stages: - the investigation current system of research protocol used in the Secretary of the Treasury, - the verification of SPED tool, seeking to clarify the systematic work involved in the system. - Investigation of SPED and verify that it met the needs of the Sector of Masthead, Protocols and Control of Secretary of the Treasury. The verification of system provides the protocol sector fit the limits of liability in the performance of activities related to registration, handling and increased efficiency and effectiveness in information retrieval, ensuring quality and excellence in end-user support, meeting the laws on the public document.
