Resumen
This monographic work had as central theme the [trans]formation of the pedagogue/advisor to an educational management under the perspective of innovation. The general objective was to analyze the conceptions of the educational management that were in between the Political and Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogy Course (PPP) in the attendance form, diurnal, from Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), getting closer/farther from the idea of education in the digital culture. Specifically, we had the following objectives: a) Comprehending the emphasis given to the formation of the pedagogue/advisor in the public politics of teaching formation; b) Analyzing the importance given from the public politics of education, specifically in teaching formation, to the processes that were self[trans]formative of the pedagogue/advisor in the digital culture; c) Identifying what are the concepts of educational management that predominate the Political and Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogy Course (PPP) of the Graduation Course of Pedagogy, in the attendance form, diurnal, from UFS, and what are the relations that they establish with the digital culture. The methodological process evolved the bibliographical research based in the directives to the reading, analysis and interpretation of texts proposed by Severino (2007) and the analysis of legal documents founded in the perspective of Chizzotti (2010). The conceptual and theoretical definition was built from the following concepts: Pedagogy Course, educational management, political and pedagogical project, teaching formation and digital culture in tune with the presuppositions of Freire. The Political and Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogy Course (PPP) was in accordance with the legal documents analyzed, however, it was inferred that the PPP considered digital literacy as a curriculum reference in the future of the educator/adviser, it demonstrated detachment of the cultural reference in the new generation, it was an important aspect highlighted in the DCN for the School of Education.
