This article aims to focus on aspects related to the current use of communications technology,
teachers of history public school in the city of Santana do Livramento and through the pilot project
movies on mobile, "which encouraged students in his character builder, focusing on the learning of
regional history, through research, analyze common themes of economic and social construction of
the city of Santana do Livramento. The article sought to highlight the use of communication
technologies for development and advancement of learning history, in order to "lead the student of
history the historian's main premise is that its character as a researcher and argumentative" and
insight to design and use of new trends technology in teaching and learning, mediated by new
technologies. Faced with this reality comes the need to propose a reflection on the importance of
adequately exploit information technology and communication in the classroom, for the realization
of a class dynamic and interesting project resulting in a unique and innovative aspects in students
and teachers in city of Santana do Livramento. This project involved 06 elementary schools in the
public Municipal and State St. Anne of Deliverance, where students from the 5th to 8th grade for a
total of 60 students participated by creating movies using technology as a resource the phone. This
project was proposed themes exploration of the historical city, and for this the students involved in
the task along with the teachers were trained through lectures scheduled to be fully aware of the
standards and rules in the regulation of the project. Of those involved in the judging committee,
made up of professionals in film, art and culture pre-selected 21 films, with 10 of these reached the
final and were presented at the cinema in the city of St. Anne's Deliverance in assessing the
community and awards.
