Observações de uma apoiadora matricial do campo da saúde mental acerca dos processos de matriciamento na atenção básica

This study seeks to foster networking and coordinated between levels of care, which can cope with the complexity of the demands found in the territory and ensure resolution, promotion of autonomy and citizenship of people with mental disorders. In this sense, this article emerged from the need to reflect on the health work processes established by national mental health policy (2001), especially the Matrix Support. From the weekly meetings of matricial the Family Health-ESF structure in central Santa Maria-RS, during the period of one year, where the multi-resident and matriciadora from the Psychosocial Care Center could AD, by recording the field diaries and participant observation record and reflect on what they think the workers of primary care about that matricial process in mental health. The qualitative study was supported and the territory of concepts as Santos (1988/2003), supporting the perspective of power encounters between subjects as Buber (2001) and was carried out through action research as proposed by Thiollent (2009). To support methodological work and the questions arising from the field reflections was used a methodological approach to the theory of arch Maguerez, according to PRADO (2012), this theory are created questions that are problematized through the researcher's perspective, so there the possibility that correct and perfect reality. The insertion of matriciadora/resident in work processes and routine primary care team demonstrate the interest of this team in re proposal rethink work processes. In respect to the singular therapeutic PTS-design users, this came to be shared, thus contributing to the co-responsibility of the care of the enrolled population, strengthening new pathways between primary care and mental health
