This work has as its theme the indiscipline in kindergarten and its necessary dialogue with the principles of the Democratic Management. Survey participants are teachers of municipal Lagoa Bonita city in the south of Rio Grande do Sul state/Brazil. It was sought main appearances of discipline at this level, how indiscipline is built and because at this stage. It was realized that school discipline is hitting the teaching-learning process and its manifestations are marked by a large number of causes, types and different understandings, making this theme one of the most intriguing issues of social and educational field nowadays. The discussion of this problem is increasingly in recent research and debate in the context of education, aiming to design and the best of intervention and care formats. Currently, studies on school indiscipline thinking about the value of this issue for teachers of early childhood education as well as its theoretical importance in the field of educational research. We used the literature, qualitative and case study using questionnaires. Through this study it was concluded that the results demonstrate the difference of positions in relation to indiscipline in early childhood education, eventually demonstrate the need to discuss the issue under the bias of the school management and democratic management. It is necessary to point and cover how this event is built in the early social affinities of the child within the school space, more precisely, within the early childhood education environment.
