This work included ideas on teaching practices from the analysis of actions
aimed at raising teachers' reflections that cause the search for a new paradigm, to
express attitudes more innovative, responding to the expectations and needs of the
present time with respect to inclusive education: integrating x include educating in
diversity. Among the many different aspects that deal, there was a brief history of
Special Education, analysis of the school reality, the family, child development and
learning, theory of Vygotsky, and the school for all, the difficulties of learning, the
educator and challenge of teaching practice in inclusive education. As the need for
transformation of attitudes, the training of professionals and also the importance of
engaging in the proposal of the school, which is alerted to the need of the change of
the conservative behavior of the educational environment. From the basis collected
there was a concern of teachers in relation to the students included in regular
classes, but at the same time we can see that in their training did not receive support
to develop a meaningful work with them. In this sense, we try to work a theoretical
underpinning to the teaching of the teacher, within a perspective where the
construction of knowledge stands out to play. It is with this intention is realized that
this work of bibliographic research, and to provide suggestions for educators rethink
their teaching practices.
