Abstract

This theoretical work aims to encourage discourse about the education of deaf students by focusing on logical-reasoning and the development of the concept of numbers and, to make observations about the possibilities of enriching educational praxis through the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) that are specifically applied to the deaf student's education.
