Mudanças organizacionais e a gestão de pessoas na área hospitalar na Região Central - RS

This paper aims to present through an experience report of changes that happened in a hospital of medium complexity in the town of Santa Maria - RS. The changes have taken place by exchange of management and this has brought a new model and philosophy for the institution. This process for new changes brought challenges and implications for the management. This experience occurred in 2010 where I worked as an intern in psychology , the stage was contemplated in the human resources sector. In that period, I was nearing completion of the degree where it was possible to perform Interventions in the management of people in the human resources sector of the hospital.The change of management in the institution established new implementations, new habits and a thought that change was necessary, the reflects this new vision has been consolidated since the structure to physical space, as the relocation of staff between sectors or own termination of employees. This process for new changes brought implications and challenges not only for the management, but even for the employees themselves who have gone through this process, where change is not always easy. In this report, theoretical substantiation will be used to the lived experiences and actions can foster reflections on how a (re) structuring of an organization is challenging.
