His research halted in order to analyze registration data servers on exercise in the Basic Health Center, the Municipal Department of Health, Government of the City of Soledad, RS., In terms of length of service and employment status as well Investigate how the quality factor of work life (QVT) considered most relevant, through structured questionnaire, using the model of Walton (1973, apud CHIAVENATO, 2008, p.489). The population studied consisted of twenty-six (26) respondents, with 55% representation of staff. The research is characterized as a case study, documentary and exploratory, drawing on ideas from several authors dedicated to the subject. The results showed a total of 47 servers in exercise in the Basic Health Central, the Secretariat, and 11 (23%) effective, between 01 and 15 years of service and 34 (77%) employed between 01 and 10 years of stay in public function. The count data of 26 (55%) respondents to the questionnaire regarding the investigation of QWL factor considered most relevant work and pointed space full of life as the most significant factor (56%) between servers and effective safety and health at work (70%) between servers hired. The analysis of data collected indicates a need for discussions about the living conditions, work and welfare of servers, whether actual or temporary and periodic diagnostic of the factors able to meet their expectations and personal labor.
