Gestão do cuidado na estratégia saúde da família: revisão narrativa

Abstract

The advance in the management involves practices of health services and reflections about new approaches of care provided by the Family Health Strategy. It aimed analyze the brazilian publications about management of care in the Family Health Strategy from 2006 to 2013. The search of articles was in the Virtual Health Library. The databases were Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature and International Health Science Data. It found 73 articles after of the reading the abstracts of according with inclusion criteria with content analysis. The publications showed the importance of management in the Family Health Strategy and also the professionals should meet the user's needs and the community providing quality service and satisfaction. The studies show weaknesses in the Family Health Strategy and the need to develop actions and interventions implemented by them. This is assignment of managers which should promote knowledge and sharing of experiences to improvements and qualification in the health management services.
