Ações de educação permanente em uma equipe de saúde da família: um relato de experiência

Introduction: The Ongoing Health Education contributes to the transformation of professional practices, it is based on the critical reflection on the real actions of professionals and their activities in the service network. In the various fields of care it is necessary to think and rethink the way of caring, in the field of Mental health is not different, the same must be based on the knowledge about the context in which the user inserts itself, in order to widen the look about the subject. Objective: This article aimed to report Ongoing Education activities developed with professionals of one unit of Family Healthcare Strategies. Methodology: This is a descriptive study of the report of experiences made from the daily living of the people involved in interventions performed during the months of January and February 2019. The actions to be described are divided into three moments, I sit them: Sensitization about the theme; Approach on filling Information Systems; and knowledge of Mental Health users enrolled in the FHS. Results and Discussion: During the interventions, difficulties have been raised in relation to the filling of registers and medical records of mental health users, as well as the query handling of team members. Conclusion: It is well known that the Ongoing Health Education is a tool able to transform the healthcare practices when carried out with advance planning and based on the real needs of the environment where it is being developed. Speech spaces, such as that provided during the interventions, contribute to the professionals expressing their doubts and the management of the services understand them, in order to qualify health care.
