The current article aims to approach the question of the pupils with High
abilities/Superendowment and their inclusion at school of the regular net of
education, as well as aspects which involve the initial and continued formation of
teachers who work with these pupils. For that, it was carried out a bibliographical
research upon the focused theme. The pupils who have High
abilities/Superendowment are those who have a high performance with reference to
their classmates, high creativity and involvement in the accomplishment of the works.
Moreover, they have an exceptional curiosity about the most varied aspects what
bring difficulties to their adaptation at school since it presents an automatic
resistance to the education innovations, as the inclusion and what is different, like the
pupils with High abilities/Superendowment. It fits, therefore, to the teacher to make it
possible the integration of these pupils to the school context and one of the ways to
make it is to have knowledge about the High abilities as well as initial and continued
(in)formation. Through it, it is possible the solution of the problems that these pupils
find in classroom, what results in the development of their potentialities, as well as a
successful permanence of this pupil in the Regular Net of Education. When finishing
this study, it is stand out that to fight for an inclusive school that searches for a
curriculum reformulation of schools, as well as the courses of formation of teachers,
in order to answer to the specific necessities of each pupil with High
abilities/Superendowment, be one of the principal challenges to be concretized.
