A consulta popular aplicada como viabilizador de recursos e aplicação de investimentos no Conselho Regional de Desenvolvimento do Rio da Várzea (COREDE- RV)

Abstract

This article is an analysis of the popular consultation held in the Regional Council of Development of the river of the Várzea between the years 2010 to 2014. It was identified with the study the municipalities participants, number of population in each municipality, demands and priorities voted annually, budgeting value intended for region, among other information. The budget ensues demands elected has added an additional income for investments in the municipalities, being the main areas sued the agriculture, health, education and public security, and the same focus more than 70% of the entire budgeting respondent to each value. From the application of these resources was noticed an improvement in the quality of life of citizens of the region, where the IDH and the GDP is developing increasingly with larger perspective to each year.
