Therefore, it was chosen the model of the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) and applied the same questionnaire to participants in 2012 and 2015. Further analysis used the variable GPTW, namely: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. Research has shown that the degree of employee satisfaction was reasonably good, among which stood out the Pride, with great expression in worker feeling to say to others working in the sector. In turn, the comradeship stood out because of people being themselves in the workplace and even be characterized as fun and enjoyable place to work. After three years of the first organizational climate survey, it was noticed some changes in the responses related to a new administration. Among which highlight the change itself, because of municipal elections, with specific improvements for all; improvements in the workplace and in dealing with everyday problems and egalitarian front of colleagues; greater recognition of the work across the community; but with some structural changes had not met their expectations. Finally, it appears that the organizational climate survey is a support tool in techniques to improve the working environment.
