Abstract

This work aims to develop a relational database for service management in electric utilities. The idea is to struct historical data in a database system in such a way that sql queries will be possible. With this approach, the assignment of a service to a given repair crew available becomes easier by adopting the data structure involved in the database developed. In addition, a future development of a user interface even more intuitive to handle this assignment problem may be suitable.
