A construção do projeto político-pedagógico na dimensão democrática

This study started from the need to reflect on the construction of the politicalpedagogic
project in the Democratic size. Aimed to understand and identify the main
difficulties in the construction of the PPP, the involvement of the subjects involved in
this process and the process of selection of participants to be responsible for
developing the PPP, noting the school's organizational structure and practice of
democratic management. Was used the theoretical framework for justification of
research and construction of the stages of data collection, quantitative and
qualitative, in order to structure the reality experienced in the school and its practices
as democratic management and participatory planning. Were interviewed at first
twenty-five people to define the specific interviews, and selected from the twenty-five
respondents, only five professionals in education with a minimum of science on the
meaning of the theme, these directly involved in the construction of the PPP. It was
identified that the professionals have little knowledge about the meaning of
democratic management and political-pedagogical projects. They point to the
importance of democratic management in the construction of the PPP of the school,
the responsibility of those involved and the inclusion of this construction company.
