A (im)possibilidade de ressocialização do adolescente em conflito com a lei frente seu perfil social e familiar: estudo de caso na ONG Casulo de Santiago-RS

Abstract

This research has the purpose to present social and familiar teenager profile in conflict with law and the (im)possibility of resocialization beginning of a case study accomplished at Casulo NGO in Santiago, RS. From the assumption that the role played by the family and social environment in which teenager is included can cause protection factors as risk factors, the present study guide itself in the problematic if it would be possible the resocialization of the teenager in conflict with law considering his familiar and social structure. For this purpose, it was used deductive method of approach and case study as procedure method since there is a large comprehension about the teenager in conflict with law and, concluding from particular data collected in the case study accomplished at Casulo, it seeks to identify teenager social and familiar profile, as well as, his possibility of resocialization. As research technique it will be used bibliographic, documentary and survey, this last one by means of structured interviews, because it will follow pre-established script about teenager profile in the present, risk and protection factors of the family and the social environment in which he is included and the perception of his future. Therefore, among the conclusions of this work is the connection of teenagers attended by Casulo NGO resocialization related to social order.
