Levantamiento topográfico y catastral del Barrio 4 de Octubre, de la Parroquia La Merced del Cantón Quito, Provincia de Pichincha.

Abstract

El presente proyecto se realizó cumpliendo un convenio entre la Universidad Central del Ecuador y el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial (GADP) La Merced; está basado en una restitución cartográfica realizada por el Instituto Geográfico Militar (IGM) sobre la Parroquia La Merced y sus alrededores, para la Dirección de Territorio y Catastro del DMQ. Este trabajo servirá a la Parroquia planificar y organizarse convenientemente, catastrar las propiedades que conforman su territorio; y, a sus moradores para legalizarlas.

The present document was performed, according to an agreement made between the Central University of Ecuador and the Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Parish La Merced (ADGP). It’s based in the Cartographic restitution made by the Geographic Military Institute (IGM) in the Parish La Merced and its surroundings, for the Directorate of Territory and Land Registry of the Metropolitan District of Quito (DMQ). This thesis will help to plan and organize the Parish conveniently, to make a land registry of the properties that constitute its territory, and also to the people who live in this parish, in order to legalize their properties.
