La política laboral en el Ecuador período 2000-2010

Abstract

El estudio de tesis sobre, la política laboral en el Ecuador en el período 2000-2010. Se realizó para constatar la posición del obrero ecuatoriano en el mercado de trabajo y su relación con el salario y el costo de la canasta básica, para saber el impacto que esto provocó en su condición de vida y la de su familia. La investigación consta de siete capítulos, en los cuales los cuatro primeros, se hace mención a lo que representa el trabajo del obrero en el sistema capitalista y como de este surge la ganancia. En los tres últimos capítulos se aborda el tema de investigación y se describe lo sucedido en el mercado laboral ecuatoriano según las diferentes políticas laborales aplicadas en cada gobierno y como estas repercutieron en el bienestar de los trabajadores, y se finiquita la tesis con las conclusiones y recomendaciones de tipo general.

The study of the thesis on the labor policy in Ecuador for the period 2000-2010 was conducted to ascertain the position of the Ecuadorian worker in the labor market and its relationship with the salary and the cost of the basic food basket, to know the impact that this provoked in its condition of life and the lives of families. The research consists of seven chapters in which the first four mentions what represents the labor of workers in the capitalist system and the gains that arise from it. The last three chapters tackles the subject of research and describes what happened in the Ecuadorian labor market according to the different labor policies applied in each government body and how they impacted the well-being of workers and finally the thesis with the conclusions and recommendations in general.
