Estudio sobre el déficit cualitativo y cuantitativo de la vivienda en la cooperativa Camino a la Libertad etapa 1

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la Cooperativa de Vivienda “Camino a la Libertad” Etapa 1 en la provincia de Pichincha, durante el período comprendido entre año 2009 y 2010, teniendo como referencia la situación de las viviendas del sector, de allí que el propósito de la presente investigación es conocer el Déficit Habitacional en l Cooperativa de Vivienda. Primer Capítulo: La importancia del tema y la existencia de la pobreza en el país y en forma particular en la Cooperativa de Vivienda “Camino a la Libertad” Etapa 1. Segundo Capítulo: La medición del déficit habitacional, a través del censo realizado Tercer Capítulo: Examina aspectos relevantes del entorno del sector en infraestructura y servicios sociales y públicos. Cuarto Capítulo: Analiza el potencial financiamiento que tendría la población del sector a través de las entidades financieras para adquirir una vivienda, Quinto Capítulo: Se presenta a consideración las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación realizada.

This research was preformed in the Housing Cooperative "Road to Freedom".
