Estudio del déficit habitacional de vivienda del barrio Oriente Quiteño, parroquia Eloy Alfaro (provincia de Pichincha)

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo examinar las condiciones habitacionales de las personas que habitan el Barrio Oriente Quiteño, busca también caracterizar el entorno en el que se ubican dichas viviendas, identificar si cuentan con los servicios básicos adecuados, áreas verdes apropiadas, calles en buen estado, servicio de salud eficiente, seguridad con equipamiento necesario, espacios suficientes e independientes para cada núcleo de hogar para garantizar su bienestar. El trabajo identifica un conjunto de programas de financiamiento para vivienda y/o mejoramiento de las mismas y los relaciona con la capacidad económica que tienen los moradores del sector. Por último, presenta un conjunto de recomendaciones que podrían ayudar a solucionar los problemas identificados a lo largo de la investigación

This research has the aim of analyzing the conditions in which people live (their houses) in “ Oriente Quiteño ” neighborhood . It also is intended to characterize, and describe the environment, conditions and surroundings of those houses to see wether they have the proper basic services, green areas, streets in good conditions, efficient health care service, proper and well equipped crime patrol service, appropriate and independent space for every family and its well- being. This research identifies a set of financing programs for housing (buying) and / or improvements of the houses and analyzes if they are designed according to the economic level of the inhabitants of that community. Finally, This study is intended to present a set of recommendations that could help to solve the problems identified throughout this investigation. So, this is not only an investigation.
