Propuesta del diseño e implementación de un sistema de Control Interno Financiero, aplicado al "Club de Fútbol Profesional Sociedad Deportiva Aucas"

Abstract

Sociedad Deportiva Aucas, es una Institución Deportiva de derecho privado, sin fines de lucro, con finalidad social y pública. Aucas es el equipo de fútbol profesional que ha conseguido tener la mayor fanaticada en Quito gracias a sus logros insuperables. Aucas es una Institución reconocida no sólo por su amplia trayectoria en el fútbol ecuatoriano, sino también por las diversas crisis que ha tenido que atravesar en los últimos años; es fácil evidenciar que el Club posee varias debilidades, tanto administrativas como financieras,por ello la presente investigación pretende proporcionar al Club una herramienta útil de control para mejorar sus procedimientos financieros, aportando de manera positiva a su desarrollo e imagen institucional.La presente propuesta de un Diseño e Implementación de un Sistema de Control Interno Financiero, está conformada trece capítulos, los cuales pretenden aportar al progreso del manejo financiero del Club.

Aucas Sports Society is an institution under private law, nonprofit, social and public purposes. Aucas is the professional football team has managed to have the greatest fans in Quito with its achievements unsurpassed. Aucas is an institution recognized not only by his extensive experience in Ecuadorian football,but also by the various crises that have been through in recent years,it is easy to show that the club has several weaknesses both administrative and financial, so the this research aims to provide the club a useful control to improve its financial procedures, contributing positively to their development and image. This proposal for a Design and Implementation of a Financial Internal Control System,consists of thirteen chapters, which aim to contribute to the progress of financial management of the Club.
