Estudio del déficit habitacional del sector Laderas del Cisne del barrio urbano marginal Atucucho del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito

Abstract

Para el estudio del déficit habitacional y de habitad del sector Laderas del Cisne del barrio urbano marginal Atucucho del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, en el primer capítulo que trata del plan de tesis; se revisa brevemente los antecedentes del sector, en base a la observación in situ se analizan los aspectos socioeconómicos que definen los objetivos e hipótesis así como también las variables e indicadores a calcular y se los conceptualiza. En el segundo capítulo que se refiere a la mediación del déficit de la vivienda. En el tercer capítulo que se analiza la situación del entorno del sector. En el cuarto capítulo que trata del presupuesto de hogares y núcleos de hogar para el financiamiento de vivienda, y en el quinto, capítulo se emiten las conclusiones y recomendaciones de conformidad a los resultados obtenidos en cada uno de los capítulos.
