La influencia de Facebook en las interacciones comunicativas de los adolescentes de 15-16 años del primer año de bachillerato.

Abstract

Esta investigación se realizó con el objetivo de conocer las interacciones comunicativas de las/los adolescentes en la red social Facebook, partiendo del análisis de la comunicación a través de internet, la relación con las nuevas tecnologías y las redes sociales,para constituirse en la nueva infraestructura tecnológica comunicativa de la vida cotidiana. Se trabajó con diferentes teóricos orientados en la temática como: Manuel Castells, Patricia Wallace, Howard Rheingold, alejandro Piscitelli, Zygmunt Bauman. Esta fundamentación teórica, dio paso a una sustentación empírica a través del grupo focal realizado a los estudiantes de primer año de bachillerato del colegio Marco Salas Yépez de la ciudad de Quito. Con los resultados obtenidos en el trabajo de campo, se pudo conocer que Facebook está presente en la cotidianidad de las/los adolescentes, convirtiéndose en un medio de comunicación mediatizado por ordenadores, que toma cada vez más fuerza frente a los medios tradicionales de comunicación, formando nuevos sitios efímeros de encuentro entre las/los adolescentes.

This research was conducted withthe objective of meeting the communicative interactions adolescents in the social network Facebook, based on the analysis of communication via the Internet, the relationshipwith new technologiesand social networks, to become the new communication technology infrastructure of everyday life. They worked with different theorists focused on the subject as the sociologist Manuel Castells, psychologist Patricia Wallace, sociologist Howard Rheingold, the philosopher Alejandro Piscitelli, and the sociologist Zygmunt Bauman. This theoretical foundation gave way to an empirical support through focus group conducted to freshmen undergraduate college Marco Salas Yépez of the city of Quito, with the results of field work, it was learned that Facebook is present in the daily life of the teens, ecoming a means of communication mediated by computers, it takes more and more strength compared to traditional media, new sites forming ephemeral encounter between adolescents.
