OBJETIVO GENERAL: Diagnosticar la situación actual de la gestión de lámparas fluorescentes en el DMQ. PROBLEMA: Contaminación provocada por la inadecuada gestión de las lámparas fluorescentes que están clasificadas como residuos peligrosos por la legislación ambiental vigente,. HIPÓTESIS: El tratamiento de lámparas fluorescentes mediante el Equipo BALCAN Modelo FSL110, y la valorización de sus subproductos contribuirán a la adecuada gestión de los residuos peligrosos en el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, dentro del marco normativo ambiental. MARCO REFERENCIAL: La Planta Industrial de INCINEROX Cía. Ltda., está ubicada en la Parroquia de Pifo, en el barrio de Itulcachi, sector el Inga Bajo. MARCO TEÓRICO: Partes constitutivas de una lámpara fluorescente, Mercurio, Valorización, Análisis Costo Beneficio Ambiental, Estudio de Impacto Ambiental. MARCO METODOLÓGICO: análisis costo beneficio ambiental; además de la propuesta de valorización de los subproductos obtenidos de este tratamiento. CONCLUSIÓN GENERAL: La gestión realizada con el Equipo BALCAN y la valorización de sus subproductos contribuye a controlar la contaminación generada por las lámparas fluorescentes. RECOMENDACIÓN GENERAL: Estimar las concentraciones del mercurio..... GOAL: Diagnose the current situation of the management of fluorescent lamps in the DMQ. PROBLEM: Pollution caused by improper management of fluorescent lamps that are classified as hazardous by current environmental legislation,. HYPOTHESIS: Treatment of fluorescent lamps by balkan Model FSL110 Team, and enhancement of its products contribute to the proper management of hazardous waste in the Metropolitan District of Quito, within the environmental regulatory framework. FRAMEWORK: The Industrial Plant Co. Incinerox. Ltd., is located in the Parish of Pifo, in the neighborhood of Itulcachi, Inga Under the industry. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK: Component parts of a fluorescent lamp, Mercury, Recycling, Environmental Cost Benefit Analysis, Environmental Impact Study.
