Abstract

Practical work in PAPELES NACIONALES S.A was done with the purpose of contributing in the area of distribution through an analysis the current transport mode of the organization, providing an extensive knowledge regarding the operation of the distribution system, objectives and strategies.Globalization has produced high volatility in the current market and businesses forcing to organizations to generate solutions for the improvement of their distribution system that results in increased organizational performance and consequently a better competitiveness. The present work illustrates the contribution made to the mentioned company, situation that leverages its constant growing and sustained permanence in national and even international markets.
