Resumen
The construction of educational digital content is an important process for didactic and pedagogical strategies in distance education. The availability of this content for multiple digital environments and devices is desirable, providing access flexibility and facilities to the learning and teaching process. The model SCORM provides resources that favor the content portability, composed of Learning Objects (LOs). However, different types of technology have to be considered in the implementation of LOs for different environments and devices. In this context this paper presents a collaborative SCORM authoring system for the Web and mobile devices. This system creates portable LOs that can be viewed in Android devices or learning management systems with the support for the SCORM model. That authoring system is freeware and can be used as a Web service. The LOs can be shared among multiple users. Experiments are being made for convergence of SCORM LOs for Digital TV environments.
