dc.description.abstractInformation Science is related to various scientific fields, including Law; The aim of this article is to reflect on the intersection between the science of Law and Information Science, exploring the episthemological nature of both sciences; The theoretical approaches of both disciplines promote the concept of the document, according to the attributes informativeness, materiality, authenticity and integrity, and can provide a comprehensive understanding of its nature.
dc.description.abstractLa Ciencia de la Información está relacionado con diversas disciplinas científicas, incluyendo el Derecho. El objetivo des artículo es reflexionar sobre la intersección entre el Derecho y Ciencia de la información. Por lo tanto, explora la naturaleza de la Ciencia del Derecho y de la Ciencia de la Información. Se concluye que los enfoques teóricos de las disciplinas promovió el concepto del documento, de acuerdo con los atributos informativo, la materialidad, la autenticidad y la integridad podrían dar una comprensión global del documento.
