Resumen
The paper presents a proposed management model based on the value for non-profit organizations, as a new management tool that allows them to face the competitive environment in which they operate, to align operational decisions and the management tactics of the day by day with the longterm organizational purposes in providing a state of sustainability. The model considers the coexistence of two poles of dialogic character, not cancel each other out but, in the words of Schvarstein, are virtualized, it is the case of generation of private and public value. In order to realize such a model dialogical relations is part of a metamodel to identify the context variables and resolution of contradictions between the rationales presented clearly mentioned. The used metamodel is that proposed by Etkin and Schvarstein (1989) Identity of the organizations and their methodology of dialogical relations.
