TCP 0033 2009
Rivera Gomez, Lina María
The Colombian context has required some settlers to produce social bows, which have allowed processes of identity in different spaces. This paper has for object, exposing elements that allow the strengthening of Social Identity in the Community of Peace of San José de Apartadó, using for that some legislative tools. Nevertheless the Neutrality (for all legal or illegal armed actors) is a factor of disagreement between the speeches of national government and the community, about its legitimacy and legality.
