The aim of this research is to determine intervention processes of the organizational climate in the Health Services Provider Institution (IPS) of the Universidad Autónoma de Manizales. For the purpose, a descriptive, transverse, and observational study was carried out. The universe of the study was composed by the 84 active workers in the IPS. The measuring instrument proposed by the Pan American Health Organization (PHO) to measure organizational climate was used. The main conclusion is that the organizational climate in the IPS of the university is not very satisfactory. The variable of leadership earned the best score. The authorities do not contribute to personal and professional realization. There is no compensation for the authorities to their work activities. Good performance is not recognized. There are opportunities for improvement concerning the perception about the leaders. There is also a somewhat unsatisfactory perception of the organizational climate, especially in the dental service
