Abstract

This document articulates with the main objective of the Research Group on Business Durability (GIPE), as this is aimed at understanding the phenomenon of corporate life by using testimonials in order to generate knowledge for leadership and management. Thus, this project constitutes a contribution to a deeper investigative process being developed by Andrés Mira. This document is intended to deliver to the School of Management at the University of Rosario generating contributions that integrate academic research with educational innovation processes to develop a lasting business reality.
