Benchmarking en los procesos logísticos y empresariales, bajo los estándares del modelo SCOR

Abstract

This document shows the study of two Colombian companies which wants to establish the processes in which the performance shown (in the supply chain) by companies is high. In order to make this study, we take into account data such as the Balance Sheet and Income Statement of both companies, we also use the SCOR ® model V.10. and certain metrics.

Based on these results we expected to carry out a BENCHMARKING in order to establish what are those competitive processes and weaknesses of each one of the companies, so with this information they can determinate which processes need some improvements in order to increase their productivity.

This thesis aims to be a benchmark for the Colombian business environment and a useful tool to evaluate the way in which organizations are developing themselves, and how processes could be useful in order to achieve high performance.
