Diálogo de saberes : aproximación al concepto de salud mental de las comunidades Nasa, Wayuu, Emberá-Chamí y Kamëntsá

Abstract

The present text is an interdisciplinary bibliographical review that allows an approach between the worldviews of the Nasa, Wayuu, Emberá-Chamí and Kamëntsá communities and the mental health concept predominant in academic rationality and in international organizations. A total of 43 texts were analyzed, including research published in journals and other sources of scientific information, government reports and communiqués from these peoples. The need to establish dialogical relationships from psychology, raised in the academic space, with other forms of knowledge, pointing towards complementarity and complexity is evident.
