Comentarios para una crítica a los planes de ordenamiento territorial en Colombia

Abstract

Some ingredients that put inaction substancial challenges for the management of territorial developmem in Columbia are municipal fragilities, difficulties for governing and distances between a state planning that are not joined completely with social base. The present article deal with this simations, in the measurement that it translate in pleasure and displeasures in the moment of sketching guidelines for the adequate municipal and regional development. Imaginary about te­ rritorial ordaining, technical, economical, social and administrative limitations, and other positive things are searched, with the objective of contributing with elements for discussion about the municipals plans of te­ rritorial ordaining that need to be applied in the next decade.
