Análisis de los movimientos islamistas en Egipto. Estudio de caso: la Hermandad Musulmana (1981 – 2010).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the analysis of Islamist movements in Egypt, in this case the Muslim Brotherhood. For this we will focus on the first part to study the origin of the Muslim Brotherhood, debating whether a charter or a political program, even discuss the attempt to formalize a political agenda under President Hosni Mubarak and the Brotherhood contemporary. In the second part, will be essential to the study of the political reform of 2007 in Egypt, we will study the position of the reform from the standpoint of the National Democratic Party (NDP), Hosni Mubarak, the Muslim Brotherhood political party opposition and the international community. Finally we will address the political strategies of the Muslim Brotherhood during the government of Hosni Mubarak, then study the political strategies implemented by President Mubarak and discuss the relations between the Muslim Brotherhood and Hosni Mubarak for the presidency.
