Abstract

The management of brachial plexus injuries has been widely discussed and researched, especially in closed traction injuries. Open injuries with vascular compromise, often compromise the viability of the limb or the patient's life, are difficult to manage with different priorities, setup procedures varying findings regarding poor functional outcomes late diagnosis nerve injury.
