Liderazgo Responsable : Una revisión de la literatura

Abstract

The objective of this article is to deepen the concepts of responsible leadership and corporate social responsibility, based on a reference and bibliographical framework pertinent to the research. For this, an exhaustive search of bibliographical references, such as scientific articles, academic publications and case studies, was carried out, which helped to give a conceptual approach to the main theme. We found different conceptual approaches to responsible leadership and its importance in terms of social responsibility, some leadership theories, responsible leadership styles, job satisfaction and finally a series of business cases that put these concepts into practice.
