Management social del no equilibrio. Complejidad y ciencias del comportamiento: aportes teóricos y metodológicos a las ciencias de la dirección

Abstract

The text exposes some contributions that Management as discipline can take for its development as a theory, methodology, concept and administrative practice through Complexity Sciences study. To do this, this document will focus on Non-Equilibrium Social Sciences; they will establish the bridge between Management and Complexity Sciences. The result of this merge is the creation of a new research discipline and a new field for the Management, this is: Non-Equilibrium Social Management. The text itself is just an introduction to the topic and the matterrises as a study object for a new research discipline. In the beginning an introduction of the problem of complexity sciences will be made. Then, a definition of Management Sciences and the exploitations that these had have with the Complexity Sciences and the Applied Social Sciences. Next, an approximation about what this text calls Behavioral Sciences and its relationship with Complexity Sciences will be shown, creating the Non-Equilibrium Social Sciences. To conclude, an intersection of these three (3) disciplines using the Behavioral Sciences as bridge for the emergence of Non-Equilibrium Social Management. Finally, this text ends with a conclusion inviting to generate new discussions about this issue.
