Resumen
Nowadays the culture and the way of thinking of people are changing in an enormous scale. Within these changes we can include food culture; today we can observe how the percentage of people concerned about having a balanced way of eating is growing, many people is looking for a healthy equilibrium in the products they consume just for being good physically and mentally. The objective of this investigation work is to produce an excellent grain: “Quinua” and transform it into a cereal bar, gathering the need of the actual demand interested in healthy food and taking advantage of the climatologic conditions that a country as Colombia has just with the fact of being part of the Andean region, the native land of this grain.
