This project describes the importance of Knowledge Management in the enterprise, and it determines the purpose of a related model for an important company of graphics communications in Colombia, which is based in the information collected with the company s CEO and the managers of first level, including other administrative people of different areas. Not only it has been studied the definition of knowledge management, and some models proposed by other authors, but also there is an analysis about the survey applied to the managers and the making of some interviews to them, in order to explore more about some topics.
