Análisis de procesos de renovación urbana en áreas centrales. Influencia de la estrategia de renovación urbana en la dinámica de consolidación del sector de San Victorino en Bogotá (1996 – 2010)

Abstract

San Victorino is a popular center with great dynamism and business functionality in the center of Bogotá, the interest of this case study is to review the issue of urban renewal in the central areas specifically characterize urban interventions in the sector San Victorino, to identify critical success factors and those interventions in the physical process of consolidation, which have remained as a territory under construction factors. Urban interventions that produce physical and functional changes that have influenced the process of consolidation as a commercial area of national character are analyzed. The result identifies some aspects related dynamics subdivision and morphological changes associated with increased land use and that can affect new transformation of territorial dynamics.
