Clima organizacional y disposición al cambio en una entidad sin ánimo de lucro
The purpose of the research was to find the relationship between the organizational climate and the attitude towards change in employees and volunteers of the Foundation Amor y Compasión in order to design a proposal that contributes to the organizational development. A quantitative and descriptive research is carried out with 15 collaborators of the Foundation, divided in those who have contract and are in administrative positions and volunteers that do not have contract. A battery of instruments was applied which included the Organizational Change Measurement Tool (IMC) and IMCOC for organizational climate assessment. From the study it was possible to describe both the organizational climate and the perception of change. However, it would be of interest in future research to take factors such as the socioeconomic level and the influence of religion in consideration to determine if they influence or affect the results obtained.
