Resumen
This project focused in analyzing Hezbollah's transnational behaviour that is
framed as an exercise of Foreign Policy in the period 2009-2015. Starting from the
premise that Hezbollah, as an independent non-state actor of the Lebanese government,
seeks to satisfy his own interests through an active participation in the international
system. Thus, it was established that Hezbollah’s action on Foreign Policy is materializes
in the strengthening of his alliances with regional governments such as Iran and Syrian,
and its military actions developed in opposition to the Israeli state and the Western
presence in the region. Such actions generate effects in international politics, especially
in determining actors like the United States and the European Union, which have reacted
with restrictive measures to the stimulus sent by the Shiite group.
