El manejo de la política exterior durante el gobierno de Andrés Pastrana y la incidencia de Estados Unidos y la Unión Europea

Abstract

The foreign policy during Andres Pastrana presidential administration represents a milestone in the Colombian history, during this four years period the international relations were one of the most important aspects of the government policies, and promote the international interest for local aspects as well. As an outcome the United States and the European Union focus their attention in the Colombian events; however their enrolment in the internal affairs brought within some positives and adverse consequences for the Colombian situation.
