Abstract

Autobuses AGA de Colombia S.A. has raised differentiating elements for planning and development of a pilot project looking at a different line to the classic line of the administration, which from the outset the importance of the people involved in the project has been instrumental in the development. Strategic thinking concepts and understand the organization as a living organism, it presents challenges not only for this case study, but to find conceptual elements that help its future development.
