The intention is to describe the organizational culture using the model of cultural transformation of organizations exposed by Professor Carlos Eduardo Mendez Alvarez in a financial sector company, in order to show the characteristics that allow differentiation from the competition, show that this aspect is so important to give tools that improve change processes and should not be forgotten, but should be maximized by the leaders companies.
